Disappointing living conditions and safety risks. Two year resident. Moving as soon as possible. ​While the location may seem convenient, the reality of living here is far different. The complex suffers from systemic upkeep issues, including a persistent roach infestation and unhygienic conditions caused by neighbors and a lack of janitorial oversight. Most concerning is the lack of security; multiple break-ins have occurred, yet no visible steps have been taken to improve safety for residents. It is not a habitable or secure environment. P.S. To the person who plowed a mountain of snow behind my car: Thank you for the structural reinforcement! I have lived in well over a dozen of places. Now live in a Casto apartment complex - Chestnut Hill. They’re just superior. Maintenance issue? Fixed ASAP. Staff is courteous, respectful, and professional. Updating: had a minor problem with electrical on my patio. Called it in. Within a few hours Jonathan (maintenance person) showed up and fixed. Also fixed something I hadn’t noticed. Just superior care for their tenants.

I can’t say enough good things about our maintenance technician. Jonathan Baah . He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also checked to make sure nothing else was wrong and left the area clean. This kind of service makes a big difference, and it’s truly appreciated. Thanks again.

My experience with the leasing office is extremely disappointing. I was robbed twice in my apartment balcony, and each time I went to the leasing office for help, the staff was disrespectful and dismissive. Instead of offering support or solutions, they acted like they couldn’t do anything and made me feel unheard. The only exception was Scott Turner, who was kind and professional, but unfortunately did not have the authority to take any action on his own. As a resident, I expected basic concern and assistance with safety issues, but I did not receive either. If you choose to live here, protect your property and be extra cautious.

If I could give 10 stars to Wayne and Austin in the Maintenance Department, it wouldn’t be enough. Coming home to take a cool shower was unpleasant. Not only did they fix my shower quickly and with so much professionalism, they did it with a smile and understanding. Those qualities go a very long way in mind. So, again, thank you WAYNE and AUSTIN. Continue to be you, it don’t go unnoticed.
