Chester Terrace is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in during my years of renting. The apartments are all pretty spacious, well-maintained, and at a fair price. They have a couple maintenance guys on site during business hours on the weekdays who are extremely friendly and helpful. Any time I've had an issue, they've always addressed it as fast as possible. The apartments also in a great location, near to two city parks, SuperOne, St Luke's hospital, CVS and Walgreens.
This was by far the best place I lived in Duluth. Very clean and well maintained. Super good matinence people and very responsive if any issues ever come up. Plus the apartments are spacious and up to date. Close walking distance to the lake and the grocery store! Prime location to rent.
