The Hillcrest model is beautiful! You walk into a grand entrance with extremely tall ceilings with an open concept family living/ kitchen. Chesmar Homes are also zoned to Katy ISD (other builders in the area are not) & all homes are walking distance to the new lagoon & elementary school that’s coming!

Love Chesmar homes! Excellent quality and fantastic service. Rachel is an amazing sales counselor and she truly cares about her buyers and their experience throughout the entire build process. Have no fear - they will take great care of you and ensure you are happy with your home!

It's a house. However the quality control and attention to detail are sub par. I've had several homes built over the last few years and Chesmar Homes has been the worst experience. I honestly feel sorry for whomever I end up selling this house to once capital gains tax can be avoided. It's what I like to call lipstick on a pig. Low quality for a high price. If you're looking for a long term home or solid investment Chesmar isn't the builder for you. Their standards are too low.

Love my new house Sharon was great at walking me through everything. For all my warrantys I recommend getting Victoria she is very professional and gets things done before your warranty is up.
