Chesmar Homes Heartland 40s

Manuel was a dream come true to some ladies that went to view and was hoping to get ideas on homes and area so that we can move some time next year to having the most professional and knowledgeable salesperson showing us our dream home that we are now under contract on. Manuel had such a welcoming personality and we didn’t feel rushed with him. He talked to us for a while, about life, family, sports, etc. I felt so comfortable with him and he has really made the whole purchasing a home experience a piece of cake. Manuel is very responsive. He texted, emailed, and called us to keep us updated on the entire process. He even informed us when he would be off just so we didn’t think he was ignoring us or anything. He kept us in touched with the right people and I am forever grateful to him. C

I visited Chesmar for my out of town buyer. I met with the sales rep John, who was extremely nice. He showed me the model, which is very impressive and unique for the area. They have both 40ft and 60ft lots available. The homes available ranged from 340-405k and were between 2200-2600 square feet for the 40 foot lots. The 60 foot lots will have different plans too. I am glad I stopped by for my buyer.

I can't say enough about Chesmar Homes and the quality of the homes they build. John has been so helpful in educating my clients time after time on the construction and all that Chesmar has to offer. He not only gives timely updates and pictures but makes my clients feel at ease. His knowledge of what he sells is far above any other builder representative I have worked with. I look forward to working together again soon.

My wife and I closed on our first home, new construction, in January. We Honestly can’t be happier with the build quality of this Chesmar house. Even our 3rd party inspector was impressed. When I brought up concerns of the negative grading in the backyard, sales rep Jon was thorough in explaining the direction of water runoff, and agreed to install French gutters in order to further ease my concerns of any potential foundation issues. Of course, we understand that new construction can come with its own headaches. We had problems with our dryer connection not being wired to the fuse box properly, and our garage door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close automatically less than a month after moving in… And the builders forgot to install toilet paper holders before closing! I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant, Jon and could not be happier. My husband and I are in the process of building our new home and with all the questions and requests; he is always responsive and attentive without ever coming across as aggressive. His up-beat personality as been an inspiration. He is very knowledgeable, extremely professional and as gone above and beyond which so far has made this experience a range of positive outcomes.
