Mrs. Cindy was incredibly helpful throughout this entire process, I’ve been working on getting my apartment for the past month with just having to wait on availability. She took me on a tour through the apartments and showed me all of the layouts they offer. She explained all the amenities and what comes with each unit. She kept me updated through the holding process and let me know what was required. She called me letting me know my apartment was ready whenever I was available to get it done and now I’m all ready to move in. She was very transparent throughout the entire process and very friendly, she made it feel like I was joining a community when I signed up for the lease. I’m glad i chose to live at Chesapeake pointe!

Chesapeake Pointe Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home. The grounds are well kept, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is super convenient to everything I need. What really makes this community stand out, though, is the staff—especially Shauna, the community manager. She’s always friendly, approachable, and solution-focused. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with a concern, or just greeting residents with a smile, Shauna truly makes a difference here. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Chesapeake Pointe to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have been working with a lady named Sydney, hopefully didn’t spell it wrong. She has been everything and more than perfect. Stays in contact with me to keep me informed. Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about anything and everything about the apartments. So far have had a 10/10 experience.

I’m still in the early stages of my application and currently living abroad, but Kaile has been amazing. She helps me in every possible way and answers all my queries patiently. She always replies to my emails, which makes the process of securing a home from overseas so much easier. So far, the application process in Chesapeake Pointe has been good.
