Chesapeake Pointe Apartments

You know what this place gets a lot of backlash but I love the management, I don't have pest, and have never had any issues living here other than my own personal issues. They talk crapp about Chesapeake but its actually not bad as these people make it out to be. Period its cute and if you keep your house clean you won't have pest issues I haven't had any issues !!!

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I have ever dealt with. I applied for a 2 bedroom unit. Brittney called and approved me for a 2 bedroom unit. Soon after, she called and offered a 3 bedroom that was close in price. I agreed. when it came time for move in, I was told the apartment was ready. I did a walk around of the unit to find LARGE HOLES. There was a large hole under the bathroom sink. Large enough for a full grown mice to slip in. The tub area was filthy and had not been caulked or painted. Neither was the bathroom sink. There was grime and mold around the tub and toilet. Holes near the toilet where rodents could easily enter. The vents had not been dusted nor cleaned. After spending 30+ minutes in the unit I became physically Ill from the smell within. I observed several

Yes the building is old and has been loved but Brittany and Ashley in the leasing office are amazing and I feel like they truly care. The majority of the maintenance workers are ok but I mainly fix what I can myself. It's upsetting the owners mainly focus on making the apartment look nice on the outside and not care about everything else more important. The maintenance people do seem to work hard and you always seeing them doing things.

Lived here for almost a year and it’s been hell on earth ever since day 1 of moving in. The maintenance team is VERY unprofessional and useless. They NEVER show up when they say they will and show up even when you ask them NOT to. In April, I got a 24 hour notice to enter saying that Brittany wanted maintenance to come in and inspect my unit for water leaks because she said the water bill in my unit was higher than usual. That was no problem. I thought nothing of it at first. Her maintenance team shows up the next day and inspects the unit. After less than 2 hours, they concluded that there was no leak and just left. It didn’t sit right with me that my bill was higher so we kept contacting Brittany to send them BACK out so they can look again. EVERY TIME the response was, “We’ll send t

Lived here going on about three years now and our lease is coming to an end. During our time here Brittany and Terrance have been great with handling mostly any issue we’ve had. We’ve had no bugs(other than flies in the summer) and only found one dead mouse at winter time. We also took advantage of the terminator service they offer to help keep it that way. We’ve noticed the owner doing more work and improvements to units as tenants have moved out and improvements on the landscaping as we’ve lived here. The area itself isn’t the greatest but nothing they can do about that, however the complex tenants around us cause no issues and have always been nice to one another.
