I had an issue with my apartment and the property manager actually helped me and that made me satisfied.

The apartment had a great management with a great owner anytime u have any issues they fix it.so far has to be the best place I’ve lived ever so far!❤️

Management is unprofessional. I've visited their office so many times and asked them to fix dispensers and roof leaks, Ac and the hose which are leaking, front door cracked . They go and they don't do anything and leave a note saying they have fixed the problem. Very old carpets that are even detaching from the floor. Roaches everywhere, rats and squirrel. Request to meet the property owner and I have been waiting over months.

I been living here four 1year and it have not been the greatest experience.. first off they do take money off rent if you give a good review so you might see a lot of good reviews that are false. So I’ll give my give my honest opinion.. So there have been 3 shooting here 2 of which was in front of my apartment imagine running to your child’s room to have them get on the ground that was a very scary experience.. also there a lot of kids running around busting out window jumping on car. And any time you need anything done to you apartment it take months to get them to come and look at the issue then even longer to fix. I have seen roaches. They tell you to keep your apartment clean (which I do) and they will go away after a few complaints they come and spray your apartment and if you neig

0 STARS- Worst place ever. Management is unprofessional. I've called 4 times for them to fix the AC, Toilet tank, big burner in the stove, master bedroom closet doors. They go and they don't do anything and leave a note saying they have fixed the problem. Very old carpets that are even detaching from the floor. Roaches everywhere, neighbor's smoke marijuana and all the smoke goes into our apartment and I've mention this to management and say they could not do anything unless they see it happening, Parking lot is always dirty. They cut the grass and leave all of the grass all over the place. The price is ridiculous, is not worth it. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE. Can't wait for my lease to end and move out of this junk.
