I would like to thank the property management and leasing team, especially Natalie, for her outstanding assistance with my move-in alongside my two pets (dog and cat). The floor plans are excellent, the pricing is competitive, and the community and company are highly trustworthy. Overall, this was a seamless leasing experience — 10/10. I’ve lived here for around 2.5 years. Other than the extremely rare occurrence, it’s a very quiet and calm place to live. I have had no problems living here. Recently met the property manager, Natalie, who was very engaging and interested in my opinion regarding the property.

Came for old memories with family and Ms.Natalie was kind enough to show us around! Great hospitality and a welcoming warmth that was really nice to see! The whole area is super nice and a lovely place to stay :)

Chesapeake Bay Apartments in Newport News is great! The people who work here are very helpful. Mrs. Sheidler has been very assisting to any problems that I face! Wonderful place and people!

Overall very happy with Chesapeake Bay apts. Always prompt with any needs I've had come up, very calm and quite community. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend giving this place a look
