So far so good , Ashley is amazing and there’s another girl who went out of her way so I didn’t miss my package from USPS. They fix my stuff right away , yeah it’s An older property and keep in mind these prices are rare to find. The male manager seems very humble and the maintenance guy is very kind too. I always lived in luxury apartments but sometimes those places give you worst service , thank you and I’m hoping to upgrade soon to a apt with laundry with connections and that’s the only complaint I have the laundry room is hard cause is through third party sometimes the heaters or washers don’t work the perk it has an app with it , I love wood floors except restroom I feel need some upgrades so I’m planning buy my self hoping they can help me put it together but the patio has a storage

This apartment complex is absolutely disgusting. We’ve been dealing with rats for weeks, and management has done nothing to fix it. We even showed them the rats ourselves, and they still never sent pest control out — not once. We found two holes where the rats were getting in, told them exactly where they were, and they sent a maintenance guy to “patch” them. Of course, the rats are still getting through, probably from another hole under the sink or behind the dishwasher. It’s nasty, and it’s clear no one here actually cares about solving the problem. To make things worse, our HVAC was dripping water into the bathtub. We reported it multiple times, and when maintenance finally came, they couldn’t even fix a simple drain issue and just gave up. I LOVE it here. I am from a small town and never lived in apartments. Ashley was the BEST. She helped me get my first apartment and then also transfer to a larger apartment. This place has felt like home from the minute I moved in. I love that it is not a large apartment complex. I really like knowing most of the residents here. My dog has helped me get to know most everyone since I walk her so much. I knew when I moved in that new management had just taken over. I could see all the changes they were doing. I know that everything cannot be fixed overnight and takes time. Keep up the great work. I am happy to call Chesapeake my home. On a side note, my dog loves Ashley as much as I do. Karyl

This place has fallen off in the time that I've been here. It used to Be an enjoyable little neighborhood, clean, quite kept up. Everything's broken on this property now. Our gates are never closed. We pay for trash to be taken out daily throughout the weekdays, and it's almost never picked up. Unless you make it excessively visible. Parking lot is terribly policed. Security never lasts. Work orders are impossible to get done correctly until they recently. Hired somebody decent. Attitud in the office is overall very poor and rotating. Management's different almost every 3 to 6 months. Loud music shootings and more...

be warned! if you’re a big fan of not feeling safe, pest or critters, being ignored by office/maintenance for any kinds of repairs or request for pest control and a place that is never maintained or kept up with as a property. this is the place! We’ve only been here for a month and we already can’t wait to leave:) And Ashley will get ya good! Absolutely seemed very kind and helpful in the beginning, until it’s actually time to be helpful, then will completely avoid or ignore you. I’m very patient and genuinely wanted to believe they were busy or had other residents to tend to. We tried to reach out to the office one day, and they were purposely ignoring multiple calls, which we spaced out as well, we didn’t want to be rude.
