Cherry Plaza Apartments

I've been living here for a year and a half and I must say it's a good place. I really appreciate that the place is free of cockroaches and mice, and I value the cleanliness of the parking areas and the trash disposal area. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and the place in general is kept clean. The only thing I would recommend improving is the maintenance of the laundry rooms.

I been at Cherry plaza for 4 years almost 5 now. Coming out of California. Passing by it may not be the first stop for someone looking for an apartment but never judge a book by its cover. I’ve had zero issues since living here. The office people are great, maintenance staff are short handed but for being 2 guys and having 4 buildings they bust their ass. It’s right by i25 so you have to deal with a little noise. But you’re 6-8 min from king Soopers. 10 min to cherry creek 12-15 min to Costco in Aurora. 3 gyms within 10 min. It’s a prime location for everything that you need to get too. Again don’t judge a book by its cover. Come and check it out. See what you think

An awesome 1 bedroom apartment. Staff is excellent, premises is kept clean, and is insect free. I feel lucky to have scored an affordable apartment here. No mice or any of that noise, they strive to keep it that way too. Packages are delivered to the leasing office and I pick them up there with zero issues. Old negative reviews you might come across for this place don't mean anything now, New management turned the place around. No regrets.

I have lived here for over a year and I have never been happier. Brianna bent over backwards to assist me during the Pandemic and really went above and beyond. I have never seen a bug and the maintenance staff has always taken care of any issues within 24 hours. Yes I do wish I had a dishwasher, however I have a nickle finished appliances.

My experience at Cherry Plaza has been nothing but pleasant. The staff takes care of you and helps you out–they even helped me bring my new mattress to my apartment! The price is reasonable, and maintenance is very quick to respond to any complaints. I've never felt dismissed when I visit their office. If you're looking for a nice apartment, I can't recommend them more!
