Apartments are quite nice in a decently quiet environment too, ac in every room and overall clean, but I can’t stress enough how abysmal the internet connection is, if you care at all about internet especially using a pc do not live here, it’s also Verizon so repairing isn’t a fortune you have here my advertised speeds are 300mbps fiber, I get 60 at the best on Ethernet…

Apartment is nice. You can tell the construction was rushed but the apartments came out nice. Finishings could be better. Off street parking is necessary and expensive. Security is subpar (only cameras) and reactive. Getting packages is an issue and contact with the super is not always possible. Pricing is pretty high (i pay more in rent than many of my friends paying a mortgage) but once again, very nice apartment but still in Newark.
