I am a realtor and i just showed this beautiful Community in the heart of Kendal next to express ways, good schools, Shopping Mall, Hospitals and more. Very residental, clean and very well maintained. The Apartments have a great color plan and the Leasing Office Manager Viviana and the maintenance team are great. highly recommended.

Apartments are remodeled property is well kept and maintained amenities have been updated include Pool, BBQ Area, 24HR Gym and also a Luxor mail box system for delivered packages.

It has been 3 wonderful years in this beautiful Community. Everything is clean and well maintained. The administration is very good and the manager Viviana and her team are always kind and available. I love the 24 hours Gym and the great location in the center of everything.
