As a native Austinite ( Unicorn ) I have loved south Austin my entire life. I was looking for a place in 45 . I selected based on location and neighborhood and affordability in . Austin I chose Cherry Creek Crossing. Drove the 3/4 mile drive from my dulpex and just walked in . I felt like I was at home in the office. Couldn't have been treated more like a welcomed guest and family member . I love the property. Stayed almost 4 years now. When I thought it couldn't get more peaceful ( super quiet ) and calm. A new manager came in. As a skeptic with Austin prices and vibe changes I was curious. Well no worries at all. The new manager was exactly that. Fabiola was right on task and immediately made improvements to maintenance that was behind due to staffing shortages. The property ( beautiful

I got my keys last Friday, July 14, 2023. When I put down my deposit two weeks prior. I informed the property manager that there was dirt on the floors and that it didn’t look as though it had been cleaned thoroughly. She told me that someone would come in and clean it thoroughly, and when I moved in the first thing that I saw it was a dirty tissue right in the middle of the living room floor. There was dead bugs in five different corners of the apartment, as well as some sort of skidmarks from dirt on the floor, the biggest issue of all is that there is mold in the apartment after spending one night in there. I woke up the next morning, unable to breathe. The office was closed over the weekend and I informed them of the problem on Monday and told them that I would not be living there sinc

I moved into Chaparral apartments on May 15th 2025, one of the two properties connected with Cherry Creek Crossing Apartments! And let me start off by saying that the process was smooth. Jessie and Fabiola are AWESOME in the office! I would like to give a SPECIAL shout out to FABIOLA (property manager), who has gone above and beyond for my daughters and myself to lease us our new apartment!! I love it where I live. And I love the office team! Thank you! 🙏

This place is the best. I lived here for 6 years. It started affordable and Stayed affordable. Office and maintenance team were easy and enjoyable to work with. Apartment was older, but well designed. Mature oaks overlook a small but clean swimming pool (at sunset you can watch migrating birds from the pool) Great, mellow community with a lot of long term residents. Very short walk to the library and 4-5 decent restaurants. On a major bus line. It is entirely possible to live a good life here

Wonderful experience living here the past few months. Maintenance was quick to get to the few issues I had when I moved in and they fixed it right the first time. The office staff is welcoming and friendly, and they seem to truly care. Love this community!
