Cherokee West Apartments

This place is disgusting!!! The downstairs bathrooms have leaks in the ceiling. Causing tons of black mold. They have bugs/roaches. The maintenance does not get done. Or they show up no announcement, including to spray for bugs at dinner time. The law says they have to give 24 hours notice, they give no notice at all. Also the "bug spray" must be water because the apartment are infested with bugs/roaches.. I have pictures and vidwo evidence if any body wants to see. I would not live there again if they paid me to..

This use to be a nice place to live. The owner is wanting to sell so he has stopped making repairs and allowing the place to fall into a dismal state. While it has a great location and cheap to live the cost is that you have make many repairs yourself or wait for weeks, months and quite often never get repairs. I wish I could give negative stars -5

Place has terrible driveway and the apartments are no improvement. Glad I was just visiting.
