Cherokee Court Apartments

I wish I could rate 0 stars for this place. I'm only living here because my family can't really afford anything better. If you're trying to move in here good luck. There's always something that needs fixing, roaches come out after a few days of living here (and after a year you'll see about hundreds of them all over your house at night. You'll have MANY sleepless nights in these apartments dealing with roaches.) and the landlords just don't care at all about the quality of these apartments. It's probably barely better than living in your car or being homeless. If you ever plan on moving here or you're currently living here, I wish the best for you and hope you never have to stay stuck in these apartments for a long time.

Worst apartments ever . Nasty building filled with roaches. You won’t see them until a few days after you move in. This supposed to be a newly renovated apartment, but I had to go my first two months without hot water because it wasn’t fixed when I moved. The sink kept clogging. The closet doors keep falling off. The towel rack keeps falling. The living room does not have a light. I can hear my downstairs neighbor entire conversation and music. I paid a $1400 deposit for this nasty apartment. Not to mention,i can never get a hold of maintenance. I finally did and they said that I have to pay to get my sink unclogged!!

We have had a plumbing problem where we can't use the bathroom without flooding the bathroom and hallway. Its going over a week and nothing has been done. Edit: The dumpsters are overflowing with trash and furniture. The garbage people won't touch it looking like that, so it keeps getting worse.

The unit gives a great impression, as it has been updated. The quality is poor. You can hear and small everything. Building V is under new management which is unresponsive. The building is supposed to be smoke free, but people are smoking in their Unit and around the building. The place smells terrible from the moment you walk into it. If you stay for a visit you come out smelling like cigarette smoke.

One of the landlord named , Sang Lee is EXTREMELY rude to ALL tenants and automatically assumes you’re the worst before moving in. After moving in, we realized that our appt was infested with roaches so bad that we’re getting bit by them. On top of that, the landlord does nothing about it. Black mold on walls that have been painted over. And if you’re EVER late on rent, in the lease it states he doesn’t have to accept anything you give him and he threatens to evict you. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
