I’ve had a great experience with Chelsmore Apartments. Their team is incredibly organized, structured, and professional. Communication is clear, timelines are respected, and everything is handled with care and attention to detail. What stands out most is how kind and attentive they are. They make you feel truly taken care of — answering questions promptly, guiding you through each step, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. They clearly work hard to uphold a high standard, and it shows.

I lived at one of the Chelsmore properties, shy of 5 years. It was a magical apartment, I was so lucky to have experienced it. Steps away from 4 different train lines in the heart of the city, I was part of the pulse of NYC. The management had always been attentive to me and quick to resolve any issues in the apartment. If I were to come back to NYC, I would rent from them without hesitation.

I would recommend anyone looking to move to NYC to consider Chelsmore. I’ve lived in this building for over 5 years, and it’s has been a great experience all around. The location is unbeatable — you’re steps from multiple subway lines, grocery stores, and located in one of the prime NYC neighborhoods. In addition, the amenities are such a luxury to find in the city including the best 24/7 doormen/women, that make this place feel like home with their friendly greetings and attention to detail and cleanliness in the lobby. As well as the live-in super, elevator, wash/dryer in building all inside the charm of a pre-war building. Chelsmore was incredible to deal with from move in to move out. They were extremely helpful with the move in process and were always available with any questions that we had. Furthermore, even since moving out, they readily respond with any follow up questions related to our time in the building. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality buildings and amazing management.

I have lived at Chelsmore for almost 5 years now, and its been such a positive experience! Not only is the location of the apartment so convenient (very central, close to subways, coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants) but all the people have been amazing too. The live in super Paul is very helpful, no matter what I needed he was always willing to offer his assistance. The management company as well has been such a pleasure to work with. Very professional, communicative, and accommodating. Even though I'm having to move out early due to change in my circumstances, I otherwise would have definitely stayed for many more years and highly recommend this place to others!
