Want to live in second hand smoke? Then this is the place for you. Totally gross building. My apartment constantly smelled like marijuana and/or cigarette smoke -- despite claiming to be a smoke free building. This building has major ventilation issues, and second hand smoke comes into your unit from various vents.

Brianna at Chelsea29 Apartments exemplifies professionalism and efficiency. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for anyone visiting the lobby. She is always helpful and quick to assist, making interactions pleasant and seamless. Her dedication truly stands out!

Great building and really enjoyed living here. Gabriel at concierge and Angel the super are always so kind and helpful to me. They really are what makes the building feel like home. The unit is renovated and nice and the floors are well maintained. Only issues I’ve had are with neighbors but that can happen anywhere- definitely would recommend this building to anyone looking.

Chelsea29 Apartments is located in a great area that is easily accessible to transport and restaurants. The staff members are friendly (especially Gabriel!) and the maintenance/supers are excellent, allowing the building to be kept in good condition. The package/storage room is also a plus! We would recommend the building to anyone looking!

Chelsea29 has been the most welcoming community being new to the city. In the heart of everything, it’s close to train lines and many great restaurants. I feel safe and looked after by the staff and would highly recommend living here!
