Do not move here. Management company is in Colorado. Property managers never on property. Maintenance is a joke. Property management is a joke. They tow your car and charge you $500 to get it back but then they have residents sons sleeping in the parking lot where there's no parking. It shows that it's a gated community but it's not gated. All the gates are broken. We had a plumbing issue for the whole time that my relative was living here and they didn't send a plumber they sent the maintenance man. They do so many things that are illegal it's not even funny. It may be cheap but it's not worth all the headache do not move here I repeat do not live here. Oh and they double charge you for everything.

People been here for 5 years. Me and my family about a yr. I was pleased.. at first bc so many promises. But none ever were kept. Gate is still broken , no code! (THIS IS NOT A GATED COMMUNITY) you pay $50 extra $$ to have a safe place to put your car only to get your kids ready for school to find out it’s missing. This happened TWICE. We had to stop paying it and our car was safer on the street. Pool was open for a week and it wasn’t even open when summer started, probably just a month ago and it’s been open but no one swims bc they never clean it. I know the apartments have been taken over by another company. I have decided to call a lawyer because it’s illegal for apartments to promise something and not hold up their end of the deal but we are holding up ours. We all can do this and we

To the neighbor that called APS transportation on a bus picking up disabled children that made you wait 2 minutes, Shame on you. My daughter has a hard time walking, bus never is here more than 2 minutes. I've seen vehicles block people in and exits, but if you are that impatient to wait less than 2 minutes on a special needs child getting off or on the bus, park somewhere else. I've lived here for over 5 years, the newest management that recently bought the complex, is the worst so far. No one is ever in the office, messages don't get returned. There's no communication, no maintenance. New fake grass smells like dog pee right when you enter the complex thru the all broken gates. Kids overdosing, people playing basketball at all hours and yelling, neighbors fighting. When you walk in com

We pay almost 3000 a month for this place! Sewer backs up into my kitchen, we have NEVER been able to use the dishwasher despite they "fixed it", the repairs when we moved in were horrible! A stair rail actually broke when we had guests and that person fell down the stairs(it was a family gathering and there was no drinking) because they previously PAINTED this broken rail back together and now theyre saying "code doesn't force us to replace it, youre fine with only one rail, and NOT A SINGLE OUTLET IN ANY OF THE BATHROOMS! Oh! And now they charge security deposit every month with rent $80.I was also informed they illegally charge utilities. They average utilities of the tenants rather than go off individual meters..... DO NOT MOVE HERE!

All the parents that just let their kids run around at all hours, screaming, trashing yards when they don't even live in the same building. Horrible parenting. Complex smells like dog pee, I can't even leave my window open in the morning because of all the yelling. There's two front yards trashed by kids from this weekend, who gets charged for this? All the residents. Watch your kids, pick up after your kids.
