Chelsea Townhomes

Resident from Chelsea townhomes. I’ve been living with this old nasty infected sink for 2 months now. They brought it after changing my old broken sink of 8 months. I’ve been very patient despite the water issue they been overlooking. They left my bathroom like that. numerous times I went to the office and showed them pictures different pictures. Nothing has still been done. Small mittien files all over the place from the moisture of what they forgot to seal/fix.

I was considering applying, but the reviews raised serious concerns. I decided to visit the complex in person, and unfortunately my experience confirmed those concerns. The dumpsters were overflowing, and trash was scattered throughout the grounds. Based on what I observed, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

CHELSEA IS THE BOMB DOT COM. I LOVEEE IT HERE. THE MANAGER MS T IS A LIFESAVER AND SHOUT OUT THE CRAZY WHITE DUDE WITH THE CANE HE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ON POINT WHEN I GOT ISSUES. MAINTENANCE RECENT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY KILLING IT. PROFESSIONAL COOL AND RELIABLE. MY BASEMENT FLOODED N THEY CAME N SAVED ME ASAP. MAD LOVE YALL. KNW I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON YALL. I SEE YA EVERY MORNING OUT THERE PICKIN UP TRASH N KEEPIN IT BEAUTIFUL TOO. TYY NEIGHBORS ARE RESOECTFUL AND CLEAN AND THE LANDSCAPE AND FLOWERS ARE NICE TO SEE EVERY DAY WHEN IM SAD. MY ONLY ONE COMPLAINT REALLY IS THE TRAFFIC TRYNA GET IN AND OUT OFFA NOE BIXBY DURN RUSH HOUR THAT BOTTLENECK RIGHT THERE BUT IT AINT THEY FAULT. N ITS LOTS OF SUPER CUPER KITTY CATS IN THE COMPLEX TOO THEY ALWAYS HANGIN OUT N BEING SUPER FRIENDLY N LO

I lost my cat here Nov 3rd of 2023, looked for her for months, put up fliers and everything and they kept getting taken down. Called the office and no body would do anything. The door was broken to where the air could just blow it open and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The apartment had holes and mold in it and they refused to fix it. I just wanted help finding my cat before I moved and they would not do anything to help me. I had her for 5 years and didn’t have any issues with my cat getting out or anything. I truly believe someone saw the door wide open and just took her. No help from management at all.

I called the apartment community for some information and spoke with someone in the leasing office. Unfortunately, she was too busy to answer my questions and said she had to hang up. I understand that things can get busy, but it’s frustrating when you’re trying to gather information. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service moving forward.
