Chelsea Place Apartments

New neighbors moved in a couple weeks ago and the kids have been jumping out of windows, screaming and cursing all night, ringing our doorbell at midnight waking up my 5 year old daughter. I called the office anonymously to let them know what’s been going on and the management Kanisha Phillips said she would mail them a notice and proceeded to tell me she knew the people living there personally. Minutes later, the neighbor came directly to my door and said the office just called them and notified them that I called the office and complained about the issues that have been going on. The office unprofessionally handled the situation which could have escalated by giving them my information and address directly. Do not move here. Unprofessional management. Turning into a trashy area.

AAH Management is a great company. The new staff they have in the office are very nice and respectful. They are fast with work orders, and they actually listen to our concerns. I do feel this company is going in the right direction.

I was told I was 3rd on the list also offered assistance to get my credit where it needed be after being promised his she stopped answering the phone my opinion false promises and horrible business ethics.

Nice quite apartment complex, great park and dog park (John Conley Park) across the street.
