In February, we saw a home that met all our needs and I reached out to Julia. She quickly was able to contact the selling agent and get us one of the first tours of the home. We were in almost constant contact with her over the week they were taking offers and she put in our offer at the last minute to make sure others didn't have a chance to respond. We were the highest offer and got the house. After being awarded the house, Julia provided us a list of the companies in the area to work
