I have never conducted business with Chattanooga Property Management until now but want to say how very impressed I am with the entire leasing process. Communication is key and they do a very good job ensuring you’re up to date on everything. If you’re in the market to lease a home, I highly recommend this company!

If you find yourself needing a rental or a company to manage your properties you have found it. With small town feel but the skills of a NY skyscraper office they can and will take good care of you. I can't say enough for this amazing company. My relationship with them goes over a decade and I look forward to another 3 or 4 ahead.

I have not dealt directly with this company, but I do live next door to the property at 385 Paden Lane. Thank the Lord we have had descent neighbors through the years it has been a rental. When the property is sitting empty it is not maintained. Currently, the grass is over a FOOT tall. The backyard is ridiculous. It is advertised as a wooded yard. It is NOT wooden it is overgrown and needs to bw cut properly. WHEN and IF anyone is able to get inside they say it is nasty. I have looked in the windows and can agree with that statement. People pull up in front of it look and drive off. We had a couple wanting to look at it the other day. The guy would not look at it because of how bad it looks. The woman said she had got a code but it would not work. I have been told that multiple times.
