I have lived here long enough to confidently say that there are serious systemic service issues that need to be addressed. The valet trash service, which residents are charged $25 per month for, has been inconsistent since November. Entire buildings are regularly missed, trash sits outside doors for extended periods, and residents are still charged for the service regardless of performance. I was informed my unit was placed on a “tracking system” to prevent further misses, yet my building is being missed again. Parking enforcement is another ongoing issue. Vehicles frequently park on the curb despite open spaces being available, creating unsafe conditions when pulling out of parking spots. I would like to say my move in process was amazing. Listen if you’re looking for a great community and a great leasing consultant I highly and I mean highly recommend you ask for David. He is so nice and great with communicating. Very polite and always willing to assist. He is heaven sent and you’ll thank me later. I love my apartment home and all thanks goes to David! He ROCKS!!!!

I lived at Chatsworth since 2023 and honestly I only had a couple issues. First of all Valet Trash is not reliable you pay it in your rent but your lucky if they come pick up during the week. Issues number two you pay pest control but no one ever came the two years that I lived there. Lastly I was overcharged in my rent and was told I’d get a refund I spoke to Linda and then the higher up which use to a different lady and this never got resolved. Lastly the parking is annoying you will be lucky if you get home late after 5 as the parking is limited. Maintenance would come “change the filter” but really broke it and left me with a very hot apartment and the dishwasher was never fixed which caused a humid smell and water to build inside of it. So far, I am really glad that I chose to move into this community. I toured the 1 bedroom unit and was immediately taken by the big windows, screened-in patios, square footage, and overall peaceful vibes of the neighborhood. It was a no brainer for me to apply and not pass up the opportunity to live so close to good food and nice parks, have privacy, convenience, MARTA, storage...the list went on and on. Compared to other apartments in surrounding areas, Chatsworth was the least expensive before fees and utilities and the most pleasant in terms of the process. David was great, thats the only reason for the 1 star. He attentive and prompt, but he couldnt fix the main issue which is infrastructure. These buildings are infested with roaches. We would have outlets stop working and I unscrewed the the panel. It was insane. There was BLACK MOLD coming through the vents. In the ceiling! Everytime it rained the ceiling would leak, they came did nothing but paint over the leak. When we moved put they put the wrong names on the move out letter so it shows they are just copying and pasting. The mailboxes are broken. Like I had to use my whole body to open it. We asked for them to fix it and they never did.
