If I could give a half a star I would. These people CLEARLY says that the administration fee is refundable if you’re denied BUT I had to call multiple times to check the status of my application & found out that it was denied! When I asked about my almost $200 administration fee refund, I was told it wasn’t refundable? I have the screenshot of them stating on their website that it’s refundable if you’re denied but now all of a sudden, it’s non refundable? I wasn’t told why I was denied either, I was just told my application was denied!!! I will definitely be contacting a lawyer about this situation as soon as possible!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Been waiting for a Shower valve since 2 weeks. Already changed in the past 4 months and it lasted only 2. Paying maintenance services for this is unacceptable. Company is running on fumes. STAY AWAY!!!! September 8, 2023 two weeks after your response and STILL WITH MY SHOWER BROKEN after YOU and your maintenance guy PROMISED to fix it the next day. Yesterday went over the office and AGAIN YOU PROMISED to fix it. Do I have to call a real plumber to solve the problems that YOU SHOULD BE DOING since we PAY for Maintenance too???? Next will file a complaint since this looks to me there’s a monies problem and that’s why it’s starting to look like a public nuisance 😡😡😡😡😡 This is very irresponsible and the lack of service at this point means it’s time to move. Yeah they say it's a 200 dollar late fee but if you pay after the 15 they put court cost and evicted process and tow your car when there's nowhere to park but you pay rent despicable. Another thing is they said you don't pay for parking when you pay your rent.

I have not been able to get into my garage for over 2 weeks and was told that they had to reprogram the remote and it would be ready the following Monday in which did not happen. Then was told that the maintenance supervisor was working with the property manager and now I am being told it is the motor for the garage door opener and they supposedly have an email into a vendor and supposedly the vendor is not contacting them back. I get the same story 2 and 3 times a day and no one seems to care. No one ever calls you back. I also have an email into the regional manager and still have not heard from them. Maintainence here is the worst ever and have lived in apartment complexes prior. I am close to putting my rent into escrow. The trash now has not been picked up for several weeks. W

Edit to add (04/28): I filled an emergency maintenance request on 04/24 for a crack in the faucet of my kitchen sink. It has still not been repaired, leaving my with the inability to use my kitchen sink (water will spray everywhere). Only one of my maintenance requests have been filled in the three years I’ve been here. I don’t know if they are getting deleted from the system or what. I can’t get into my garage and when I tried contacting the office several times on Friday, no one answered or responded to my voicemail. Absolutely poor communication and disregard for the community they are supposed to serve. I wish I could leave a better review.
