Chatham Forest Apartments & Townhomes

Save your money! These apartments are super old and roach infested. If you like living in a run down bug infested environment maybe this place is for you. Also if something breaks like your A/C for example good luck getting them to fix it. They will have you switch apartments before fixing anything. Want to enjoy the pool on a nice summer day? Too bad all they have is a little ugly court yard by the leasing office with a couple chairs. Hope you enjoy!

I enjoy living her for the passed four years or more . Mr personally I don’t have any issues living here. This is a great place to live especially if you have kids. My son made friends here and he likes it here. Also the leasing office have fun activities for the kids which they enjoyed. It’s a family oriented here and they are here to help you the best way they can if you have any issues.

I’m on year two of living here and I LOVE IT! started off in the apartment side and it was great if I had issues they were quick to fix, questions were always answered in timely manner! Staff was always friendly. In January I inquired about open 1bedrooms as the 2bedroom was more space then I truely needed, and I was able to move into a townhome before my actual lease was up and paying a very affordable transfer fee. The area of the complex is tucked in but still very close to stores and downtown! I don’t think I’m moving anytime soon ✨🥰

After living in a townhouse here for the past 1.5 years, we needed to move up to a 2 bedroom space and began looking around for options. It became abundantly clear very quickly that we had struck gold when we landed here and needed to stay. The absolute transparency of the fees and costs as well as the extremely friendly and helpful staff have just been something we have never found elsewhere. The complex is older so don't expect everything to be brand spanking new, but you can absolutely expect that if something is wrong, it will be fixed, if there's an issue, it'll be handled. We LOVE the location, the proximity to local breweries, shops, and the free bus system which is amazing. We have always felt safe here and absolutely love how many kids there are running around, playing and making

I 100% recommend Chatham Forrest, not only is the property beautiful but the management is so kind and helpful!! Quianna and Jessica have been so incredibly sweet and answer all my silly questions. I appreciate there help and patience so much. The apartment itself is very nice and is going to be a perfect fit for me and my husband. If you are looking for an apartment I definitely recommend scheduling a tour with Chatham, although moving is stressful, the management here will make the transition as easy as possible.
