Always Awesome Chateau staff Susan, Glenda and Chris. Beautifully kept up property with its azalea flowers. Conveniently close to eateries and a mall. The neighbors are always friendly. I have lived here for seven years and have enjoyed it. Kudos to the Chateau staff.

I have lived in a 3-BR apartment here at Chateau Terrace for 13 years with my husband and 2 daughters. I love living here. The apartments are spacious and we have been able to have a garden in the back yard! The complex is pet friendly, which is perfect, as we have 2 senior rescue dogs. We have great neighbors; several who have lived here just as long as we have or longer. We have a workout center and a pool that is always well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly. Our maintenance staff is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The neighborhood is quiet, and well landscaped. Part of the property is out-skirted with trees so you feel like you are living in the country. The other half of the property backs up

This community in Wilmington is truly a hidden gem! Securing a spot here is like striking gold—it's small, serene, tightly-knit, and safe. The staff and maintenance team are incredibly attentive and efficient. Whenever I've needed assistance or faced an emergency, they've been quick to respond, resolving issues almost instantly. The recent improvements to the community have added a delightful homely touch. From Susan to Glenda, Chris to Carl, we're immensely grateful for their dedication in maintaining this beautiful and welcoming community for us to call home.

I have lived here for over 15 years and do not want to live anywhere else. It's quiet, pet friendly and a very convenient location to downtown, shopping, groceries, restaurants and beaches. The maintenance staff is awesome; they are quick and efficient and friendly. The office manager is very pleasant.

CT is a great place to live because the apartments are roomy, the grounds are old and kept, the maintenance team and office staff are always fantastic, and the location cannot be beat. For the most part it is a quiet community with long term renters here. The pet friendliness of the community is one BIG plus for me. I am very happy here and I think it is the best place in Wilmington!!!
