Chateau Oaks

Living in Chateau Oaks transformed our LA experience! We absolutely love the neighborhood and our unit, and the community in the building is so warm and friendly. Shakira, the property manager, is truly the best. She always made sure that we were taken care of and was so responsive. She is on top of things and also just a delight. Maintenance comes regularly to keep the courtyard and pool clean. We are so grateful to have had this experience living in this special place!

I’ve lived at the Chateau Oaks for 4 years, and been through 4 property managers. Shakira, who took over, has truly been the best property manager. She reflects the values of the property owners and really goes out of her way to make the living experiences for all the tenants wonderful. She’s very present, responsive and always able to be reached when something is needed. She’s on the property often taking care of things, keeping up and making the property aesthetically beautiful. She’s taken efforts to improve and update our units, from balconies, HVAC systems, etc. She’s friendly and makes the experience of living here wonderful! I was particularly impressed when during election season, she sent a heartfelt email to all the tenants to remind us all to be neighborly and kind to each othe

Been living here for almost 3 years and it has been the best. Our small complex is quiet and full of friendly neighbors. Our PM Shakira has literally been the most on top of it PM I have ever met. She always makes sure all issues are handled in a timely matter and is available anytime. She is the sweetest soul. I’m happy I chose this place.
