Chateau Montagne Apartments

Am living in here. Their service is so bad. My apartment is fully covered by mould. I announced about this more than 8 times. They came to my apartment and after they saw the mould they told me that they can not nothing. What a shame! Now my kids had a serious breathing problem specially in the night. I have got a hospital notice that my kids have this problem due to the mould. So Is there anyone know how to report this issue for Georgia health department?

I love living here, the rent is great, leasing office staff are very professional helpful and efficient. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The grounds are well kept. Great place to live so far.

These Apts are the best no one ever once to move!! It’s such a steal on the price. Good luck. There really cute in side they remind me of condos in Miami! Many blessings!!

I lived here in 1988~1989. I went to Georgia State University. Very convenient place to go to downtown and Bufford highway.

One of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The leasing team are professional. I defiantly recommend this place.
