Great place to live safe and people in the neighborhood seem to stay to themselves i definitely would recommend if your kids are going to FSU since they have had 0 break ins and I’ve never seen much criminal activity in the area rents a bit high !! Though
Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, but the buildings are not well insulated. The pool is not kept very clean, either.
I can highly recommend the apartment complex. The people that run it are too notch and are very reliable and responsive to your needs.
