I am happy here. The African American gentleman in the office went above and beyond for me. The random inpection was invasive, especially taking pictures of my place. Other then that. All have been professional, knowledgeable, funny and patient. I asked a lot of questions. The maintenance have been responsive, easy to talk to and considerate. Michael keeps his word and even did something extra that made life easier.

This Complex Has Gone Completely Downhill!!! I’ve lived here for years, and the property has gone downhill fast. It’s overpriced for what you get, with constant safety issues including shootings, break-ins, and even a fire. Management changes frequently and spends more time towing residents’ cars than addressing serious problems. There have been roach infestations, broken laundry facilities, and an unlocked pool that’s led to after-hours parties and violence. There’s also a raccoon problem that leaves trash scattered throughout the neighborhood, along with recurring plumbing and water heater issues. In winter, the heat has gone out, and instead of fixing it properly, the rental office simply hands out space heaters. Certain staff members whom names I chose to leave out have been consist

The AI for the phone isn't terrible, and the office staff is pretty awesome. The apartments are older, but maintained well. The dog park is huge, and there are plenty of dog stations around the property. The laundry facility is a huge bonus, as well as the fitness center. Situated in a perfect spot to both be quiet (you wouldn't think so being next to Binford, but it is) AND close to everything you could need, it's a fairly solid choice to live (despite what everyone said, the only issues here are issues you'd find in any complex).

Do not rent with these people. They think you’re stupid and disgusting and they loathe every second of having to interact with you. They’ll put up a veil of humanity just long enough to get you to sign a lease and then after that they’ll just treat you like swine living in their pig farm. The only reason they want you living here is because it makes it easier for them to then screw you out of every dime they can through penalties and fine print BEAR TRAPS that these property owners have sewn into the lease you must sign to live here. And it’s all served in such a contemptuous and condescending manner that after a while you really start wonder if they’re just doing their jobs or if they get genuine amusement out of bleeding you out in this manner. (Spoiler Alert: they do. I saw this movie

I lived here for a year and did not love it. Frankly it's a little expensive for what you get, and seemed to decline in quality even just over the year of my lease. The trash pickup service leaves a lot to be desired; not having a large outside trashcan to take trash out to is a bummer, and last I checked, they were piling residents' garbage on top of a Chrysler 300. Garbage winds up scattered around the street and it's not a great look. Frankly also one night I found urine pooled in one of the chairs in the laundry facility - not exactly what you want to experience when you're trying to get stuff clean. That's not even to mention the laundry generally scattered around the room, and people leaving machines occupied overnight because they can't be bothered to stay on top of their own respon
