Great location! Walking distance to many stores and food places. The management and maintenance team is awesome! They are friendly and always on top of maintenance requests. The amenities can be upgraded especially the gym. When we first moved in the gyms air conditioning didn’t work for many months, thankfully that it is now fixed but the treadmills need replacing and it’s been a couple months so we’ll see when that gets fixed. The washer and dryer that are included are ok. The apartment itself is good. Definitely needed some things fixed when we moved in but like I said maintenance requests are taken care of fast. Overall I recommend these apartments. They are nice and secure!

Today, was truly a good day for answers! I want to Thank the new gal (Aaliyah). She has gone down to our pond with Myesisha and checked to see what my concerns were. We talked and she explained things I didn't know. I am grateful she took the time to listen, understand my position. Wow Another awesome Person! Professional & had answers! Great person who wants the best for everyone a bright Light for sure. Stay with us. A personal thought…. For those who dislike the Geese, because they are loud? Why have an Apartment by the pond? We also have Baby ducks right now, Turtles, & tiny fish. They are All protected. Thank You Again Aaliyah…. You Rock‼️ Paula C

I have been living here for almost 2 years and about to renew my lease for a 3rd year. Since I moved here we've had our kitchen remodeled and new toilets installed. Putting in maintenance requests is easy and the team responds quickly. The maintenance crew is always working hard. I recently had Patrick come in for an inspection. He asked me if I have had any issues or concerns recently and was very nice and professional. The new manger is also really nice and helpful whenever I call the office. The gym recently got some updates which I'm happy about. I feel very safe walking around the apartments. It is also an easy walk to many stores. Overall a pleasant experience.

The leasing lady, Ms. Mia’asia was very polite and continues to be so. Ms. Aleigh doesn’t seem to be pleasant to deal with. When I moved in it was not clean and there were many things wrong ie.Paint every where, light sockets loose or inoperable, trash behind the washer and dryer also behind the refrigerator. Maintenance has been impeccable in getting things done very quick and with great professionalism. The complex does seem to be very quiet

I’ve been at Chason ridge apts since October 2019. Upon moving in this place was very nice, the staff was pleasant and we had no issues. Fast forward to September 2022 we had a leaky roof in our living room that didn’t get fixed until over a year later. So everytime it rained it leaked in our living room. Also last year 2024 we had no AC for a few months , kept being told it was gonna be taken care of and months flew by before it did. The maintenance man Patrick would always communicate with us but never the property manager. Then also we had a water issue that was the properties issue not ours and they were expecting us to take care of the bill. What type of management team expects you to pay over $900 for a faulty water pump. Also there was a snake in the breeze way of our door and when
