Chase Mortgage

I have been banking with Chase for over 10 years. My rep who has always helped me did his best but apparently corporate Chase cares less about the older adults. I have many accounts with them. However, Chase has now decided to reject my request for a new trust account even though I have provided all documentation. They told me to go to another bank. Well, guess where I am going today...somewhere that will actually take my call and set up an account for me. I may not be your big account but I should still be treated as a customer.
