Got my real estate license and picked chase because Greg came to my school and talked about a partner system. Mike clearly didn't want to be around me, and I annoyed him or something. I quit real estate because I only had PT hours and didn't close any deals in 9 months. I use Tiffany the manager as my agent. Finding a house in 2020 to rent during covid was challenging. Move into the house and have some lady as the property manager through Chase. The house was in terrible condition. The "honey do" list was super long. Safety concerns. I highly suggest to anyone thinking of renting thru Josh Villalobos and his team at Chase, to please consider any and every property management company first. We were forced to live next to drug dealers/users for four years due to Chase. We lived in a duplex so we shared walls. We were kept awake constantly, had to listen to music, arguments, dogs barking for hours, banging on walls, slamming doors all day and night every single day. They had their house raided while our child was home alone, and were arrested. This was 5 short months after we comforted their child when they came home and thought their mom had died from an overdose. They are obviously running an application collection scam for properties that don't exist. I had to report them to the BBB to get a refund for a property they claim needed repairs. I then continued to inquire about the property since IF they had it, I would still be interested. Only, they completely ghosted me. To be fair, it's not the only property management company in the Reno/Carson City area running a scam. Seems most of them I've dealt with are corrupt. Investors and property managers have ruined housing.

I would like to start that Chase International took over my rental and I worked with Shane Cauley the most and they made my time in our unit great. When our heater broke they got someone in quickly to correct even though it happened after hours. The rent was very affordable for a 2 bed in the Carson City area. I highly recommend this company for everyone for their housing needs!

We want to thank Josh and his team for their professional management of our Reno property these past few years. We were new to utilizing a professional PM and it wasn't easy putting our faith and trust in Chase International PM to take care of and manage the property. Our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. When tenants damageed the property, he and his team made sure the necessary repairs were completed. If tenants had an issue, they were resolved and we were always kept informed. We would hire Chase again in the future if we need PM services/supports.
