Schedule 9 AM to 5PM during weekdays definetly isn't the most convenient for the clients. Why you haven't get back to the regular schedule 8 AM To 6 PM , at least correct this times on your sites. Most of the people doesn't get out from work till 5 pm, at what time do you want us to do banking? , and Not everyone wish to spend a Saturday on the bank. One thing was change schedule of banking services during heavy times of the pandemic but we already passed that and you guys still can't get back to offer a better service, begining with your schedule where at least people could do banking till 6 PM.
