Chase Bank

Stay away from this branch. There are other branches which offer more friendly and prompt service. The management here is non existent. There are more greeters then tellers; the second teller is always on a break especially during peak times. Every time I go to this branch I have regrets.

I have found this branch to be one of the friendliest and efficient branches in The Woodlands. You are greeted when you arrive, the tellers are also friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking. You may need to make an appointment to see a banker; there are lots of offices but only a few bankers seem to be available.

The teller was extremely rude and would not help me look into my account. They said that I had to go online and look it up myself versus them using my drivers license to help me find my account. I was out on my lunch break and it’s not like I had easy access to that information.. my home Chase would’ve been a lot more understanding, but this location was far from helpful. I didn’t make a big deal. I just said things and walked out because what’s the point of getting into an argument

very nice bank good service.sorry no rest room for customers.that is really a joke..very unprofessional.

8-18-2025 around 11:45 Not helpful and very rude. The 2 employees told me that my child does not have her own login credentials after I explained that she was able to log in and my issues was now she is not. I had to use google to show them children do have there own log in. They would not get anyone to help me. I've never been more disappointed in a chase location!
