Why have the bank here if you cant cash checks? What is a check cashing limit at a BANK? Make this make sense. The check was only $3500. If the BANK can't cash a $3500 check with Chase Banks name on it, then why are you guys even here. A bank telling me basically they don't have enough cash thats insane. Im glad im not a customer of Chase Bank this is trash.
Recently went to Chase Bank and Dena Lewis and Susan Shen were absolutely amazing! They both treated me like they truly cared! I’m so thankful for such a caring experience!
This location’s reception and teller service are extremely slow with a bad attitude. I wish the other location across the street was still open
Why even have three ATMs if only one is ever going to be working? This is constantly like this.
We went in on Saturday morning to open a bank account. Dena Lewis was very helpful and helped us open the bank account successfully. It’s my first time with Chase and she slowly walked me through how Chase app works.
