Chase Bank

Fairly new client to Chase. Horrible customer service, I had a simple question and called 5 times, no one answers and automated service hangs up. Called the 1800 number, no help either, was told to contact my local branch. I drove there, 40 minutes for me, was told they don't cash US savings bonds series I, after 2 employees had to go find out. How do employees not know what financial services they do or don't provide? Total waist of time, thankfully I kept my Wells Fargo accounts, will be cashing them at Wells Fargo across the street on Monday. This validates my choice of keeping my 6 figure savings account at Wells Fargo. Thanks for nothing Chase branch on Lee Trevino.

Horrible customer service, the man at the front desk on the right, had problems with him twice in a row. Its’s almost as if he has get payed for not helping clients. No problem solving just adding fire to more fire… Also seems like the other staff enjoy making the clients life difficult. Absolutely terrible. Will not be returning!

Horrible experience, waited over an hour gave them my number for them to call it when I was ready but they never even bother to use it and skipped me over while I took a break outside for some air. Never go to this location!!!

I recently visited a Chase Bank branch seeking notary services for two business-related affidavits: a Business Affidavit Disclosure to the City of El Paso and an Indebtedness Affidavit. Upon arrival, I was informed there would be an hour-long wait, despite only one person ahead of me. After waiting for about 10–15 minutes, the notary informed me that I couldn’t receive notary services because I wasn’t an authorized agent on the corporate account. This decision was made before verifying my identity or checking my association with the account. Furthermore, upon reviewing the documents, the notary stated, “Oh, I don’t think we can do it because it’s a sworn document.” This added to my frustration, as it seemed they were unwilling to assist from the outset.
