Chase Bank

I don’t bank with Chase, but I needed to cash a check that was drawn on Chase. I was honestly nervous walking in because of the negative reviews I had seen about local branches. I’m very glad to say my experience was the complete opposite. I was greeted and directed to who can helped me when I walked in. The rep who assisted me, Diana, was professional, kind, and pleasant. The process was smooth, and I felt respected the entire time. Thank you, Diana, for the great customer service.

Don't understand why those ATM machines don't get replaced by new ones. They are always out of order or don't have any money. It's an inconvenience for us users. We deserve better.

There's few Chase banks in Brownsville and on top of that the ATM machines hardly ever work. The covid hours definitely do not work for essential employees, by the time we are out, the bank is closed, ATMs not working or have to wait 30 min in line just to withdraw some money..... Can't wait to switch bank. Update 05/01/2024 : Lines are still ridiculously long...Chase obviously doesn't care.

I've had a chase account for about 5 to 6 years and I just called to get some information on my credit card and the representative that answered the line at this branch was very rude and dismissive. Her tone was unbothered and just wanted to pass me along another department. Very disappointed. 8/21/2025

I’m currently banking with Chase but not for long. I needed a check cashed, I mentioned if not two or three times that I needed access to those funds that day. Not only am I still waiting for the funds 3 days later. The GM called because I asked for a return phone call from a manager. Irma the GM had a lack of empathy and spoke over me two or three times. These people need to do a little less talking and a little more listening to their customers. If a problem ever occurs with this bank be prepared for excuses not solutions. I’m very dissatisfied with this bank as you are just a number in this company. Go somewhere else stay away from Chase take it from a customer. These people are not accountable.
