Chase Bank

Myself and a relative were asked to type up a document that was NOT about any type of property transfer. The notary took our letters and stayed gone a very long time. When he came back he totally REFUSED to notarize our letters as if they were fraudulent. I am totally disappointed with their notary service.

Kerry will for sure be missed. She was the long red-curled hair teller, always so helpful, and THIS IS WHY CHASE SHOULD’VE KEPT HER (idk circumstances) the only sincere smile or hello in that bank. Miss her. Thx Kerry and good luck in your endeavors, hope you are still shining bright, like you used to do for us at Chase, Benton Harbor, Michigan.

This is my go to bank stop on my way home. On July 3rd accidentally miscounted one of my shops deposit slips by $5 and it was 501 after she went to deposit and came back and told me. She let me go to the ATM and hold up her day on the day before 4th of July and I greatly appreciate that because it would be big trouble for me. And I'm already going on a 13-hour day. Honestly I don't remember your name but thank you so much.

Stoped at bank yesterday to make a large deposit and to set up checking account, went up to counter and was greeted by Natalie, I explain what I wanted to do she was scratching her head and working her private phone at same time she then asked me again what I wanted and again I repeated it. She how I wanted to expand my banking needs and add a large check looked at other teller and laughed at me. I asked to sit down with someone to explain my needs. She then became a little loud while again playing with her phone. I then said goodby turned around to walk out. I could her her laughing. I just baried a family member the day before I was really destroyed by this unprofessional transaction therefore monday I will close my account.

If you want your checks sucked into the atm and never see the funds again, bank here! Also if your into dealing with claims for months and getting no where, bank here. They told us our checks “disappeared.” So long story short we no longer bank with Chase and will never ever recommend them to our friends/ family.
