Nancy was great from start to finish. Application process was smooth and I appreciated that she let me look at the house without hovering. I felt no pressure and was able to really get a good look at the rental. Move in process was great and Nancy communicated clearly along the way.

Nancy as a person is a real work of art, except for the art of torture. Just about as cantankerous, unfriendly, and unprofessional as you can get. It's a shame too, because the spot was alright. The abundance of 1 star reviews on Yelp perfectly encapsulated my meeting with Nancy, whose parents unfortunately lacked the foresight to name her Karen.
