Their involvement as a Sponsor in our annual golf outing has had a positive impact on the programs that we provide to individuals with disabilities, ages 5-40. The construction quality has been very disappointing, and the warranty department has only added to the frustration. Within just a few months of moving in, the siding frame was pulled off by normal wind, yet the warranty team dismissed it as an “act of God,” despite there being no severe weather such as a tornado or earthquake. The paint quality is also poor and began peeling within months. On top of that, the HOA has overly restrictive rules — for example, they do not allow permanent holiday lights — making it feel like we are paying a mortgage just to be more limited than in a rental property.

My experience with Charter Homes & Neighborhoods has been exceptional. The employees I have worked with are both conscientious and responsive, demonstrating the core values I appreciate in a business.
