If you haven't been to the East since this was built, you may no longer recognize the neighborhood at all!! The center of change, this was one of the largest buildings to go up in downtown since the new ESL building. My point, Rochester is growing, and growing FAST! Charlotte Street is a prime example of that!
They look very nice, but I was there as a Census enumerator, so didn't see the insides.
Amenities are great, interior is very modern. Love the view and location so much!
Great looking place. Entertainment area for the residents to use for gatherings is outstanding
I live here and it is absolutely beautiful!!
