Charlotte Crossing Apartments 55+

Gloria was very gracious and patient. Charlotte Crossing Apartments is my dream come true! The apartment we were shown was amazing!!! It had everything I needed already provided. My dream is to be able to live there!!! I have been looking at other places and so far none come close to making feel AT HOME!!! 💜

I have been living here at Charlotte Crossing since they opened. I am so happy and pleased living here. Gloria, apt. manager, is always very pleasant. Seriously, I don't know how she consistently keeps everything running so smoothly She has personally helped me out without me having to ask. Friends complement on how beautiful everything looks. Nothing is left waiting to be fixed. I'm happy to have Charlotte Crossing as my home.

In my 8 1/2 years at Charlotte Crossing I have enjoyed clean, quiet living. Gloria and the staff here are wonderful and address our needs as soon as possible. Gloria is always courteous and willing to take a few minutes out of her busy day to chitchat with her residents I would definitely recommend Charlotte crossing Apartments to anyone.

We're headed into our 9th year as of March 2021 here at Charlotte Crossing. I can't say enough regarding the quality of life in this Deep Creek community we have called home since 2013. The staff is First Rate! Any concerns, and they have been few have always been addressed expeditiously with care and with our comfort top of mind with regard to on-site management and maintenance supervision. Hats off to Gloria, Joe and Dan for the level-headed, patient way they always take care of any needs or concerns we or our neighbors may have, and especially during SW Florida storms/hurricanes and during the COVD-19 pandemic. These three able folks keep us informed, repaired and safe. Happy to call Charlotte Crossing Apartments home all these years!

Its now going on two years and I am happier now more than my last review. Gloria, Joe and Dan are great. They are an asset to Charlotte Crossing and the residents. I gave them five stars but wish it could have been a hundred !!!!!!!!
