I’m an out-of-state buyer and after what I thought was a good initial conversation with Kathy, she completely stopped following up. I had questions on several properties with no response and ended up doing all the research myself. Thankfully I found another realtor who was responsive and now I’m under contract. Communication is everything in this business, and I did not get that here. From start to finish it was a week and a half for me to make a decision.

Called and left a message for Kathy twice about a house we were interested in that showed her as the listing agency. No return call. Now, it's been sold. Instead of calling and saying, this one is gone, can I help you find something else.....silence. Sad business practice. I'll find a realtor who returns calls.

With regards to the previous review. I highly disagree and since it has to do directly with myself and my family I feel confident I can weigh in. Kathy has been nothing but informative and professional. It isn’t easy to do anything during this pandemic and she pulled everything off with patience and grace. She is extremely well educated in everything real estate and when she makes a commitment to you she listens to what you want and delivers. She has no control over a buyer pulling out for a “shady” survey. Perhaps if the seller had Kathy as a real estate agent it never would have happened....with that said it’s important to take responsibility for your actions, exercise a modicum of emotional intelligence and attack the correct person if you are having a petulant child moment. Wouldn’t recommend working with Kathy. Their processes and communication was pretty shady. I have had experiences in real estate and things don’t go as planned but this time was about a 0 how she handled this. Wouldn’t recommend using.

Great people that really know Florida real estate. Kathy and her team always go above and beyond for their clients.
