Julie is the worst person I have ever met. It seems as though she wakes up with an attitude and decides everyone else is the reason for it. She spoke to me as if I was a child, continuously cut me off when speaking and made me feel as though what I was saying was irrelevant and useless. I have never in my life met someone with so much hatred in their heart, I am usually an easy to get along with person and most of the time I let bad experiences go, thinking maybe that person had a bad day but JULIE was different. I hope you take this review seriously because I've never encountered someone so rude for no reason. She works in a customer service field... act like it

An amazing company to work with - every property I've visited under CH Management has been amazing, and all of their people, unreasonably hospitable. Thank you for providing top-class experiences for Charlestonians, the Charleston area, and those that come to visit her.

Extremely disappointed in our stay at their property in Bristol. We have never been treated so poorly. We booked four rooms for two nights and have never felt like such second-rate citizens. We will never be back.

I have stayed at several of their properties and can't sing their praises enough. I am not the easiest guest in the world as I expect certain amenities and services when paying top dollar for for a hotel. They walk the fine line of being attentive, efficient, and helpful without bothering you. Whenever I go on vacation, I check to see if they have a property because they are always my first choice! I have to guess that anyone that doesn't agree with me on this is either a bad person and or using reviews to get free things.

Pretty awesome company so far.
