I recently moved into the community. We love it! It’s peaceful and calm. I’m coming from NY and not missing the hustle and bustle of city life. I look forward to enjoying my retirement in a peaceful environment. All the ladies in the front office (Shelly & Desiree) are always pleasant, helpful, respectful, and always willing to extend themselves above and beyond. Especially organizing the events. The facility staff are on point with taking care any issues within a timely manner. The grounds are always kept up and maintained. Thank you for all you do. We appreciate you.

Recently moved in to this complex. We’ve been eyeing it for quite some time as we loved the Santee model. The office staff have been nothing but kind to us. We even made a mistake on our application and they were so patient with us to make the changes. Maintenance is prompt and very helpful! The complex amenities are fantastic! Our unit was pristine upon moving in. We hope to live here for some time and we’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience thus far. Keep doing what you’re doing! 😇

I’ve been living in this community for 3 years now and I couldn’t be happier. It’s peaceful, always clean, and very well-maintained. The gym is amazing, spacious, modern, and perfect for daily workouts. You can tell that the management truly cares about keeping the place looking spotless and welcoming. It’s a great place to call home!

I have been living here for over a year and couldn’t be happier with my decision. This complex is beautiful and the team does a great job at making this place feel like a home. Shelly always greets me with a smile and the best attitude any time I need to stop by the clubhouse. The amenities are fantastic with 24/7 gym access and a beautiful poolside grill as my two favorites. The grounds are always kept up with which makes for such a relaxing feeling. The location is perfect! I’m not in the middle of the wesley chapel chaos but it’s just a short drive and I get all the benefits of the city. 10/10 would recommend to any people looking for a nice relaxing and interactive community.

I moved into this community in June. Best apartment I’ve lived in. The front office and maintenance staff actually care. Any issue I have is resolved within a few hours or less. The elevator went down recently and they had it up in running again within a day or 2. They just repainted the building and patios, they keep up with the outside of the property. I could go on and on. I’ve had no issues with any employee or residents and highly recommend living here. Special shoutout to Desiree and Shelly for always being in a great mood! I’m sure they deal with a lot but you’d never be able to tell.
