Was deployed and worked with the leasing office over the phone. Day of return, do a walk through, sign papers and keys in hand. Maintenance is a quick turn around as well. Office staff are amazing as well, definitely understood the groups humor! Apartment is beautiful as well. Highly recommend especially for my active duty military folks!

Emily has been such a great person to talk to while looking for our apartment, she was very detailed and helpful in every aspect. We really appreciated her care and dedication to making sure we felt comfortable, and acknowledged! Thank you so much!

My husband & I have called Charleston Place home for 2 years. The location is close to stores, restaurants, the park, and schools. Emily & Karima are two of the sweetest ladies you could ever meet. Always greeting me with a smile & pleasant conversation. Any problems that have come up Emily handled quickly and followed up to make sure it was taken care of. Maintenance requests are easy to put in using the portal and are handled the same day.

The community is peaceful with lots of great amenities. We love the pool area, gym room, and dog park. Definitely a pet friendly community, and the office staff always goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Charleston Place Apartments, it is a great place to live!!

This has been one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. Every time I submit a maintenance request, I receive no communication, no updates, and no follow-through—I’m simply left in the dark. My vehicle was even damaged by an employee who openly smokes and carelessly tosses his cigarette butts off the balcony, one of which burned a hole in my truck cover. On top of that, residents were never informed about a serious incident where three people lost their lives on the property—something that should have absolutely been communicated to tenants. The pool was also shut down for nearly a month due to pump issues, adding to the growing list of frustrations. At this point, the property feels less like a professional apartment community and more like a neglected, rundown motel. Manageme
