Charleston Management

This is worst hoa company to work with. Even though I mowed my lawns they are charging fines on lawn mowing violations. I gave my lawn to external parties for lawn mowing. Attached proofs of may 15th mowing, July 4th mowing and September 9th mowing.

I guess its expected of HOA's but worst decision to buy a house in a HOA. Never again. Sent late notices after i put dues on autopay. Received a violation for no reason and when confronted them by email and asked for photo evidence they disregarded and just said i had litter all over my property. When i called and flipped out ohh we made a mistake it was the wrong address. Another update. Would give 0 stars. If i ever had to choose what people i hated most in my life it would be them. They come to cry about a car parked in the street but literally in their view is construction debris that was asked over a year ago to remove still there. These people are the scum of the earth!!!! Anyone looking for a management company look elsewhere.

Disgustingly greedy company that doesn’t care about the property. My husband and I rent from a property managed by this HOA and the neighborhood is a disaster. Barely visible stop signs, construction debris still on roads even though it was completed 2+ months ago, cars blocking the road, poor road work. But they have ignored all these issues and instead come for our family for storing our trash cans outside, OUT OF THE WAY, OUT OF SIGHT. But because it’s against HOA to have trash cans ‘outside’, we get fined. Sorry everyone, now you know I have trash cans. Y’all are gross for that. This company needs to go out of business 😊❤️

I cannot recommend Charleston Management. The pettiness and lack of basic courtesy are astounding. Find a company for your community with a greater commitment toward serving your homeowners.

The company and its staff can only be described as rotten. Calling them Incompetent would imply that there is a potential for good intentioned but unable to help due to limitations. They intentionally provide terrible customer service and support to homeowners. Make simple tasks and processes cumbersome. And offer no value to the community. Utilizing the cheapest vendors and contractors to get anything done.
