Charleston Apartments

I've lived here for 10 years and it's been the best place I've lived . The property manager Bonnie is the epidemy of excellency, kindness, integrity with a beautiful soul. She maintains this property immaculately even the dumpster area is clean which speaks volumes. Behind " every good property" is an well driven Property manager & maintenance staff who is well accomplished in all task. The maintenance crew are irreplaceable. They resolve issues quickly, neatly and they are above and beyond the call of duty consistently. Last I appreciate the front office. They are absolutely the sweetest staff you will ever meet and always willing to help and assist in anyway they can. It's been 10 beautiful years. Thank You

I lived at Charleston Apartments for four years and loved it! I had to move back home due to a family emergency, but I’d still be living at Charleston Apartments if given my choice. Here’s why: -The Community Manager, Bonnie, was there the entire four years of my residence - a true testament to continuity of customer/resident service. She protects the privacy of her residents and takes great pride in the product and service that Knightvest Properties offers through Charleston Apartments. -The maintenance team was always responsive to any and all tickets I submitted for services, and they operated with professionalism and friendliness. -The front office staff were always pleasant and consistent with the quality of service provided. Always willing to lend a helping hand. -The grounds are BEA

Very safe and quiet area! The staff and kind and attentive, they helped us with issues with the apartments almost immediately and sent notices when water was shut off on top of getting all the redwings the best living experience. Such a good pic for a first apartment for my roommates and I, the gym and pool are always clean and one of the best places I’ve lived in so far! Unfortunately am not renewing this lease due to personal reasons but the last two years have been quiet and lovely at these apartments!

Charleston is so beautiful and I am really impressed with the office staff, specifically Bonnie. She is a really sweet property manager and makes all of the residents feel so at home! Every month they have Apartment Life events and the organizer Ashley is amazing! She connects with the residents and just serves so selflessly to help everyone have a good time and feel welcome. Everyone who lives here is so lucky to have this team!

I lived at Charleston for 9 years and it was the best apartment complex I've lived in. Bonnie is amazing at taking care of all of the residents, and makes you feel like family. The maintenance crew is super responsive and friendly and we never had any issues getting things fixed. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.
