Just wanted to stop by and say that I have been in my apartment for about 3yrs or so and I'm very pleased with the experience over all I stay in a chalet off Chateau, Brittany is very much willing to help and get things done , all the maintenance guys are very nice an professional every time something goes wrong they come rite away and fix it . Our rent recently went up probably still some of the most reasonably priced rent in Rome So as of now I'm still happy 😊

Management at Riverpoint Luxury apartments is lacking communication skills. No one to answer calls or return messages. If this is a “Luxury” for Rome then they should have more staff to handle everyday task. Charles Williams investment needs to “invest” in retraining his staff. Dealing with this particular company and getting the runaround on apartment availability(Riverpoint Luxury Apartments) as well as order of current wait list has left a sour taste in my mouth. I never take the time to post reviews however, I feel inclined to help others to avoid Rental companies such as this one.

A delightful, kind and genuine team of professionals. The staff may be small but they are certainly mighty. The office in Rome, GA is almost as charming as the ladies and gentleman there to graciously serve you.

I have been in my apartment at Arbor Terrace for almost 3 years and I love it!!! Property manager is top notch, and the maintenance team is always on top of anything that goes wrong. The complex is always very clean and very well-maintained! I hope to be here for a long time!
